In addition to yoga training, at Otimo Life, we also train clients in Yoga trapeze – a specialized form of yoga focusing on spinal traction and passive backbends, complimenting our mat-based yoga for a full-body fitness routine.
Dr.InYoung Venegas got 200Hrs Yoga Alliance Teacher training on 2009 and also YOGABODY®/ Yoga Trapeze®/ Yoga Teachers College® Certified Teacher since 2018. She has been practiced Vinyasa, Iyengar, AcroYoga, Cardio Yoga, Trapeze yoga styles.
Cardio Yoga uplifts the physical (cardio, strength and functional fitness) and the mind (mental, resiliency and emotional fitness).
